Laboratory

We have modern and accurate haematology, biochemistry and electrolyte machines to analyse blood samples quickly and efficiently as well as a modern microscope and staining techniques to allow us to examine urine sediment and cells in detail.

Preparation Room & Operating Theatre

Preparation Room

This is where the animals are given their anaesthetic and prepared for their operation, before going into the theatre. It is also where most minor procedures are carried out.

Operating Theatre

The operating theatre is where all surgical procedures are carried out. It is a sterile, climate-controlled area where staff must wear operating gowns, hats and shoes and observe theatre protocol at all times.

Anaesthetised animals are continuously monitored by qualified, experienced Veterinary Nurses, with assistance from electrical monitoring equipment.

Reception/Waiting Area

Our recently refurbished reception is warm and welcoming.

This is a modern and comfortable area for pets and their owners to sit whilst waiting for their appointment. Our lovely reception team are happy to answer questions and to offer advice.

Pet food, grooming aids, dental care products, collars, leads and toys are also for sale – please ask for more help!
